2019

Experience Booking

ByFood and Fill-Labs made the first agreement of platform development. In 9 months the platform was coded and launched from scratch.
After launch, Fill-Labs started to give maintenance and support services.

2020

Restaurant Reservations

ByFood and Fill-Labs made the second agreement. In 6 months we developed and launched all required features.
After launch, Fill-Labs continued to provide maintenance and support services.

2021

E-commerce

ByFood and Fill-Labs made the third agreement. In 6 months we developed and launched e-commerce related features.
After launch, Fill-Labs continued to provide maintenance and support services.

2022/23 and on

Operating in Dubai & series A funding round

ByFood and Fill-Labs made the fourth agreement to upgrade the tech infrastructure in 6 months for operating worldwide.
Fill-Labs onboarded and trained developers for in-house ByFood team, and developed an advanced API infrastructure for easy integration with external parties.

What we developed

Website

The platform give users an immediate idea of the brand and help them easily navigate through different sections.byFood is not only an e-commerce website but also an experience company with a sense of community. Having this in mind, we created design elements, and used colors and images accordingly.

Partner panel

Besides users, partners are the ones who keep byFood alive! They may be offering tables at restaurants, organizing workshops or selling items that are unique to the country.Partner panel helps them manage their booking, orders and reviews, and view their balances on a single dashboard.In this way, customer satisfaction is not a coincidence.

Mobile website

Since many of the customers would opt for mobile devices, we optimized the website to provide as a smooth and consistent experience as on the desktop. Same is also valid for the partner panel.

They’re awesome. Working with Fill Labs isn’t like working with another company — they become a part of your team and feel the same responsibility. Usually, other companies will do whatever you ask them, but Fill Labs is proactive. They can come up with different ideas, suggestions, and improvements. We use GitLab for our project management and Slack for communication. If they have questions, they add them on GitLab, and we reply there. Also, we talk to each other and have weekly update meetings.
