Fragmented Travel Search
Users seeking Japan travel experiences often struggled to find comprehensive packages combining food, lodging, and activities in a single place. Without a multilingual interface, international travelers found it hard to explore and book confidently.

Complex Operations
For experience providers, managing bookings, orders, reviews, and earnings was fragmented across multiple tools. This complexity created inefficiencies and hurt customer satisfaction.

Decentralized Oversight
Managing an ecosystem of experiences, partners, and users required a central control point. Without a robust admin panel, ensuring consistency, quality, and multilingual support across the platform was difficult.
Where we took it
Unified Multilingual Platform
We developed a multilingual booking website where all "Experiences" — from restaurants to accommodations and tours — are presented in one seamless platform. This intuitive interface allows global travelers to browse, compare, and book curated Japan travel experiences in their own language.
